LIN SEED OIL





There has been a lot of talk about the health benefits of linseed oil but many people don’t know exactly what it is and what it specifically does. Linseed is a good source of plant omega-3 fatty acids, dietary fiber and other nutrients; Flaxseed oil has been found to be beneficial for those who suffer from Crohn’s Disease and Colitis.
